Well it’s Dragon Boat Festival again and that means Sticky Rice Dumplings. The Sticky Rice Dumpling is a very popular and well known traditional Chinese food that is a symbol of the Dragon Boat Festival. Warm sticky rice wrapped in a reed leaf with a really delicious filling. This recipe has salted egg yolk and pork shoulder meat in the centre.
