1. 酵母和糖不要直接接觸,以免酵母失效。麵糰不需要揉至表面光滑,成團即可。
2. 發酵好後面團一定要揉光滑,做出來的金銀卷才漂亮。
3. 南瓜麵糰和白麵團的質地要一樣柔軟,蒸出來的金銀卷的截面才會整齊。
4. 這個食譜一定要用涼水蒸。
