1. 酵母和糖不要直接接触,以免酵母失效。面团不需要揉至表面光滑,成团即可。
2. 发酵好后面团一定要揉光滑,做出来的金银卷才漂亮。
3. 南瓜面团和白面团的质地要一样柔软,蒸出来的金银卷的截面才会整齐。
4. 这个食谱一定要用凉水蒸。
